1. How often do you have flights?

We have flights from the US 4x per week

2. When do customs fees apply?

Customs fee are only charged on packages valuing $100USD or higher.

3. My package was delivered, but it's not showing on my account?

Packages are updated in batches. After delivery to our warehouse, it may take up to 24 hours, or by the end of the next business day, for your package to appear in your account. If more than 2 days have passed with no update, please contact us. Please ensure your address and account information is correct.

4. Why do I need to upload an invoice?

Hibbi’s Parcel is required to declare the contents and value of every package to Jamaica Customs. Missing invoices cause delays, and customs may assign a higher value to your shipment if documentation is not provided.

5. How do I attach an invoice?

Log in to your dashboard, click Pre-Alert / Invoice Upload, and upload the invoice with the correct details. Ensure the tracking number matches the package and that the full value is clearly shown.

6. I have multiple packages ready for pickup or delivery. Do I have to pay for all of them at once?

No. You may pay for and collect each package individually. However, packages must be paid for and collected in the order they are delivered.

7. Is there a membership fee?

There is no membership fee. You only pay for the services you use.
